Precision Pro makes some really high-performing rangefinders at an affordable price and this is a great comparison between the previous model and their newest rangefinder. I love all of the Precision Pro models I have tested so far, but one of my favorite parts about the brand is the “lifetime battery replacement”, meaning you never have to deal with ordering those overpriced CR2 batteries again! Precision Pro makes a very durable, accurate and reasonably-priced rangefinder which makes it a great option for any type of golfer and almost any budget.

Our Verdict
The NX9 was a huge step up from the NX7, adding 250 yards to the maximum range, cart magnet, and a sturdier build. Even though Precision Pro did a great job on the NX9, I truly believe they blew it out of the water with the NX10. The performance is just a level up, with increased accuracy and a much quicker pin lock than any of the previous models. Although I think the NX9 looks great, I absolutely love the fact that you can customize the outer skin of the NX10, which really gives it a unique feel compares to any other rangefinder. My only issue with the NX10 is that is comes in plain white unless you pay the additional $20 to add a skin of your choice. The bottom line is that these are two really great rangefinders that are accurate, easy to use, and long lasting. The Precision Pro NX9 and NX10 are two very capable rangefinders for a relatively reasonable price compared to other equally established brands. After thoroughly testing both products, I think the winner here is NX10 with a sleek, modern look and a couple of added features which really give it the edge. I personally think that customizable rangefinders are the future, and Precision Pro is a step ahead of the field in the creative department.
